- Third-party sign-in data: when you sign in with Google, we obtain and record your email address, basic profile, and avatar; when you sign in with WeChat, we obtain and record your WeChat nickname, unique identifier (OpenID/UnionID), and WeChat avatar;
- Business data: call recordings and transcripts, summaries, message logs, contacts and leads, knowledge-base content, and other data you upload or generate;
- Payment data: order and payment-status information (full card/account details are handled by third-party payment providers and not stored by us);
- Device and log data: IP address, device and browser type, activity logs, and access times, used for security and service optimization.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- For authentication, account management, and customer support;
- To enable core features such as call connection, real-time translation, AI reception, transcription, and summarization;
- For billing, settlement, and transaction management;
- To protect the security of the Service and accounts and to prevent fraud and abuse;
- With your consent or as permitted by law, to send you service notices or marketing (you may opt out at any time).
3. Third-Party Sign-In (Google / WeChat)
When you choose third-party sign-in, the relevant platform provides necessary account information after your authorization:
- Google: we record your email address to create/match your account, verify sign-in, and send necessary service notices;
- WeChat: we record your WeChat nickname and unique identifier and obtain your WeChat avatar as your account avatar. We use the WeChat avatar only if you have not already set one; an existing custom avatar will not be replaced.
We use this information only as necessary for sign-in and account functionality.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember preferences (such as language and theme), and secure the Service. You can manage or clear cookies in your browser, though some features may be affected.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following cases and require recipients to apply appropriate safeguards:
